See what drives the score, not just the score

Results built around favourability: how answers split, which question groups and questions lift it or hold it back, and how it moves week by week — filtered and compared by your own grouping fields, and ready to share as a PDF report.

Insights & results

  1. Favourability at a glance

Favourability is the share of scale answers in the top points — top-2 on a 1–5 scale, top-3 on 0–10. It is shown in one of five bands, from Very poor to Excellent, and the band is always written next to the colour.

  2. How answers split

Every question group and every question shows its favourable, neutral and unfavourable split, so a middling score that hides strong opinions on both sides doesn't slip past you.

  3. Drivers by question group and question

Each question group lists its questions with the number of answers, the average, the favourable share and how answers spread across the scale. Spot exactly which part of the experience pulls the result up or down.

    • Once enough people have answered, each question shows how strongly it moves with the survey score
  4. Where to focus, and what to keep doing

The summary picks out the questions to fix first and the ones to keep strong. With enough respondents they are ranked by impact — low scores that move most with the survey score come first; until then, simply by the lowest and highest scores, and the page says which.

  5. Compared with your last survey

The survey score and favourability are compared with your previous survey of the same type, and so are question groups and questions with the same title or wording — so you can see what moved since last time.

  6. Trend, filters, comparisons and a heatmap

Follow weekly favourability over the last 12 weeks. Filter results by grouping-field values and compare by department, region or any other field. The heatmap puts every question group against every value of a field, each cell coloured by its gap to the whole survey — groups too small to protect confidentiality stay hidden.

  7. Every comment, searchable

Read every answer to an open question, page by page, and search them — every word you type must appear. Comments are never shown with who wrote them or when.

  8. How long people took

Every response records how long each question and the whole survey took — durations only, never the time of day, so a timing can’t reveal who answered when. Results show the typical time, the fastest 10%, the share of responses where the slow-down check appeared, and the typical time per question.

    • Each response shows its own time, and whether it was asked to slow down
  9. A report you can share

Download a designed PDF for any published survey: an executive summary with the score, three key findings, strengths and priorities, then the score in context, question groups, drivers, a heatmap per grouping field, every question, comments with their most-used words, and an action plan.

    • The same numbers, filters and confidentiality rules as your results
    • Written in English, Arabic, Tamil or Hindi — the language you use bebonium in
    • A survey that’s still open gets an interim report, marked on every page
  10. Participation and your organisation at a glance

Each survey shows invited, responded and response rate. The home dashboard brings every survey together: totals, responses in the last 30 days, a six-month trend, scores by survey type and your most-answered surveys.

    • NPS, CSAT, effort and rating scores are kept on their own scales — never averaged together
  11. Send results to your own tools by webhook

On a paid plan, add a webhook and bebonium posts a survey's results to your address when it closes — and, if you like, once a day while it's live. You get the same figures as the Results tab: score, favourability, question groups, questions and trend.

    • Never a single response or a comment — small groups stay hidden, exactly as on the Results tab
    • Every delivery is signed, retried if your side is down, and listed with its outcome
    • Paid plans only — not in the free plan
